*MUST be located in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, Kansas, South Dakota, and Wyoming due to time zone alignment and ease of travel.
Salary: $80-90K DOE + 5-10% bonus potential
One of our small media agency clients is looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager to join their small team as the in-house platform expert supporting paid ad campaigns for several key B2B clients accounts.
The Digital Paid Media Manager must be a team player, proactive communicator, outgoing, invested in the agency team/culture, and an expert in Meta/LinkedIn/Google/Microsoft/Amazon/Pinterest Ads, Apple Search, and fully proficient with Google Campaign Manager tags and tracking setup in Google Tag Manager.

Ideal Digital Paid Media Manager candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in media, self-service platforms, and agency.
- Hands-on-keyboard experience building paid media campaigns with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Amazon Ads.

- Ability to deliver proven media campaign results.
- Thorough understanding of local to global B2B, B2C, and DTC media objectives and applicable platform strategies.
- Skilled in Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and Trello.
- GA4 and Datorama preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Ad Platforms
- Be the in-house search, social, demand-side platform, and Google Tag Manager expert.
- Owner and executor of platform strategy development, setup, technical implementation, and campaign stewardship.
- Provide forward-thinking platform strategies to meet or exceed benchmarks.
- Write search creative copy.
- Steward of platform management that includes optimizations, pacing, and analysis.
- Pace budget to ensure full campaign delivery.
- Draw key learnings and insights for managed campaigns.
- Deliver impactful and persuasive presentations.
Tracking
- Develop and implement tracking strategies using Google Campaign Manager.
- Implement Google Campaign Manager and ad platform tracking using Google Tag Manager.
- Build custom Google Tag Manager triggers while understanding code and doing light coding.
- Maintain best practices for client and campaign tracking management.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with the media team to integrate self-service work with the overall media plan.
- Keep the media team informed of performance, delivery, and optimizations.
- Acknowledge team members when a job is well done!
- Hold yourself and your team members accountable.
Growth
- Educate team on self-service platform best practices.
- Stay apprised of new technologies and trends and keenly understand the platform media landscape.
- Facilitate the development and documentation of best platform practices to improve operational efficiencies.
Miscellaneous
- Provide 1 social post per week for GMW social platforms.
- Schedule the team’s social posts on Loomly

**Flexible weekly Mon-Fri schedule between 7am-7pm MT
