Working HoursThis position operates within retail hours, with flexibility required to accommodate event schedules and campaign launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2 retail event specialists, ensuring high performance and deep understanding of the brands culture and brand values.
- Champion brand culture within the team, inspiring advocacy and alignment with the brand’s mission.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to drive in-store traffic, attract new customers, and retain existing ones, increasing overall store awareness and product sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Retail Events Manager to align store events with broader brand campaigns, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand presentation.
- Foster relationships with external partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best value and support for brand events and activations.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple event projects from concept to completion, ensuring first-class delivery and alignment with local insights and culture.
- Develop strategies to ensure the New York Retail Events team is in sync with global brand campaigns, visions, and activations, identifying opportunities for collaboration and cultural relevance.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and resonate with the target audience.
- Convert online campaigns to in-person experiences in-store, educating consumers on brand products and campaigns through innovative activations.
- Design and manage a local event calendar that engages the New York City community and aligns with brand global brand strategy.
- Manage and track the New York store budget, ensuring strategic project delivery within financial guidelines.
- Implement and refine processes to streamline operations and achieve store goals, reporting on activation outcomes and insights to inform future strategies.

- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Experience in budget management at a senior level, with a clear understanding of how to allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
