Client Overview: Our client, a high-end luxury retailer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Boca Raton, Florida for the Southeast market.Role Overview: The Recruiter for the Southeast market will partner with HR and retail leaders to execute strategic and creative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top retail talent.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic initiatives for recruiting talent in the organization and forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
- Source, analyze, and identify candidates, attract and hire the highest-level of talent, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to build relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and establish relationships with new partners and opportunities
- Serve as a key contact for recruitment and consult best practices for the entire recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition
- Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential technical candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvements and best practices and remain current of emerging industry trends
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of high volume, professional recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of related business issues, trends, and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition.
- Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
- Industry experience in retail, consumer products or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury, or multi-brand).
- Prior high volume recruitment experience.
