My client is a leading activewear and athleisure company looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join their team!
Position Overview:
In this role, you will oversee social media strategy in order to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement for multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies and initiatives to increase sales, prospect, engage with customers, build community and more
- Manage and be accountable for social media metrics
- Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers and engagement through all social channels
- Define and manage the social media marketing budget
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of social efforts across channels
- Leverage both paid and organic social media to drive business, marketing and brand goals
- Organize and capture unique content for social media channels
- Continuously improve performance through analysis and insights
- Manage day-to-day social listings across social platforms including engaging
- with the online community, responding to comments, questions, requests, and
- customer service inquiries
- Provide leadership and help develop social media team members
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as social media lead, preferably with a lifestyle
- brand
- An excellent writer and strong verbal communicator
- Passionate about fitness, sneakers, apparel, and fashion as well as sustainability and women’s empowerment
- Demonstrated success working cross functionally
- Strong proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Adobe Creative
- Cloud, and social media management tools
