Job Title: 3D Producer
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and client-facing 3D Producer to join our dynamic team as a Producing Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in 3D production, familiarity with animation studios, small gaming studios, and expertise in modeling and texturing. As a 3D Producer, you will be responsible for managing 3D clients, and supervising a junior production assistant.
Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Production: Serve as the main point of contact for 3D clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication throughout the production process. Deliver high-quality and visually stunning 3D assets.

Production Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Identify and address potential issues or red flags promptly.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing production role with a focus on 3D assets.
- Previous experience managing/working with 3D design teams.
- Technical background in 3D production with the ability to spot potential challenges and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Substance Painter, Unreal Engine, Maya, and Cinema 4D.
- Proven track record of successful project management within animation studios or small gaming studios.
