Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to join the team. As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects and initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including recruiting and sales, to drive efficient and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruiting and sales teams, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and project status reports.
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of team members.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and traffic management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of recruiting and sales processes and workflows is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
