Job description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for our print press client based in Beaverton, OR. Let me know if this is something you might be interested in.
Location: Onsite M-F in Beaverton, OR

Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily financial transactions
  • Maintenance of financial ledger
  • Establishing and maintaining accounts
  • Developing systems for financial transactions
  • Monitor cash flow.
  • Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance.
  • Assist with payroll.
  • Complete monthly invoicing

Additional Notes:
- Data entry in quick books
- Secretarial type work
- Onsite to do processing and paperwork
- Answer phone calls and greeting people
- Office management role duties
- Handling customer credit cards and petty cash
-Clients: hospitals, healthcare, tech, etc.

Who You Are / Competencies:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related discipline
  • Can have experience in processing payroll.
  • Experience in QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of complex data.
