We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for our print press client based in Beaverton, OR. Let me know if this is something you might be interested in.Location: Onsite M-F in Beaverton, OR
Responsibilities:
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Maintenance of financial ledger
- Establishing and maintaining accounts
- Developing systems for financial transactions
- Monitor cash flow.
- Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance.
- Assist with payroll.
- Complete monthly invoicing
Additional Notes:
- Data entry in quick books
- Secretarial type work
- Onsite to do processing and paperwork
- Answer phone calls and greeting people
- Office management role duties
- Handling customer credit cards and petty cash
-Clients: hospitals, healthcare, tech, etc.
Who You Are / Competencies:
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related discipline
- Can have experience in processing payroll.
- Experience in QuickBooks.
- Ability to work & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle large volumes of complex data.
