Conversational Designer Overview:Are you a curious thinker with innovative ideas on how to help customers with digital solutions? Our client is looking for a Conversational Designer to help them bring their Mobile App to the next level
Conversational Designer Responsibilities:
• Creating engaging and natural interactions inspired by human conversation to help customers navigate through online banking transactions
• Participating in design sprints to ideate, conceptualize, test, prototype and building conversational flows using a comprehensive chat bot conversational mapping tool; Amazon Lex
• Gain feedback from various stakeholders and LOB’s to iterate and gain alignment
• Liase with Product Owners and Content Strategists to coordinate and build out conversations relating to their app features and components
• Engage with our stakeholders and development team to hand over new releases
• Engage and collaborate with the UX and User Research team to identify new research and testing opportunities
• Help define and meet performance goals with product partners
• Review and manage content submissions from stakeholders and other team members, and tracking content updates.
Conversational Designer Qualifications:
• 5+ years in UX writing, content design, or content writing
• Extensive experience in flow designing, linguistics and building conversations around use cases
• An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram or logic mapping
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML knowledge
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proficient in using Excel
