24 Seven is partnering with an agency to help them find an Event Content Lead to join their team in this remote, part-time opportunity. This role is part time hours to start, ramping up in hours as the event gets closer. It is remote with the exception of one site visit likely in the summer, and 1 week onsite for the actual event in the fall for a conference for a major global client.Responsibilities:
- Partner with Content Strategy Lead; primary point of contact for content team
- Offer a comprehensive review to ensure seamless alignment across the platform catalog, mobile app, scanning, signage, and other relevant elements.
- Facilitate weekly meetings for the content workstream leadership to discuss event dependencies and action items.
- Provide Client with daily and/or weekly updates.
- Owner of final program agenda.
- Update facilities lead with outlier sessions requiring additional stools, mics counts, etc.
- Coordinate with Client Team on decisions around content, agenda, and speaker lists
- Update dates and key deliverables in full project team
