We have an exciting opportunity with one of our Innovative MedTech Giant clients. Our client is looking for a visionary, forward thinking, innovation design strategist/design researcher to join their team. This individual will possess a passion and commitment to understanding consumer needs and translating those insights into innovative solutions and human centered experiences.Responsibilities:
- The position is a team lead opportunity as well, so leadership experience is key.
- Generate powerful consumer insights, develop breakthrough innovation solutions, and craft new products, services, experiences, and business model concepts,
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, and business managers to envision how design unlocks business opportunities
- Create new products, services and experiences based on business strategies and consumer insight
- Work across every stage of the product development lifecycle from strategy and concepting through to design and implementation to guarantee decisions are sensitive to both the needs of the users and businesses.
- Possess 7+ years of research, consumer insights, and ecosystem level solutions
- Conversant in Adobe CSS, Miro, Sigma/Figma and Apple Suite
- Persistent and diligent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projects
- Ability to work collaborative and in a team environment with strong problem solving skills is critical
