Junior Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with the centralization and standardization of social media data across regions, channels, and business units
- Work closely with the Global Social Media team to track performance across all social media handles
- Consolidate and analyze social media data and assist in the development of benchmarks
- Own the day-to-day management of social media platforms
- Support the A/B testing process on social media with focus on creative assets
- Identify content trends and be able to provide recommendations based on those trends
- Develop one-off reports for shoe/brand campaigns, major events, etc.
- Provide actionable insights on competitor social media performance
- Develop strategy and training documents for regional teams Identify and meet with external vendors and make recommendations on which to use
Junior Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing or data analytics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and queries
- Passion for Sports & Fashion with a strong interest in Social Media Knowledge of current social media platforms, features, and metrics; experience with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tool is a plus
- Expert at building visually compelling presentations and reports
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
