Reebok is looking for a Manager of Copy to join our Creative Services team based in Boston. Are you ready to join an ever-changing and dynamic department that never knows a dull moment? As a copywriter, you know how to oversee copy and set guidance to pick the right words to form the perfect sentence. Your words move, inspire, inform, trigger and convert people to buy Reebok. And not just in English… your text is translatable for use all around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help creating and lead the Reebok US market copy style guide for digital
• Oversee other copywriters to ensure adherence to the style guide
• Manage and create copy that excites, informs, intrigues, converts, dazzles and always represents the brand in a suitable way
• Write clear translation briefs, explaining the objective and meaning of your copy so you can be certain your concept is rolled out consistently around the world
• Oversee and participate in the creative process from concept and strategy to visualization and final execution
• Craft website content copy for landing pages, email campaigns for acquisition and retention marketing, seo, paid social and marketing to name a few
• Proactively identify existing copy writing gaps, additional opportunities, and ways to improve copy
• Interpret business needs and translate to meaningful copy within guidelines
• Concept and develop video and moving content for social, digital and beyond
• Create detailed product-specific copy while maintaining brand personality

• Designers, from concept to execution
• Producers and project managers
• Category brand managers to obtain information and assure one clear tone and message cross-channel
• All the different departments that brief you on projects, like CRM, User Experience, Content Team, Customer Support, Marketing Activations, SEO, digital brand marketing, etc.
• External translations agency Knowledge

Skills and Abilities:
• 4-7 years of professional experience as a Copywriter within a creative agency or environment
• Experience creating and managing content strategy for eCommerce and aligning content with other consumer touch points
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and attention to detail
• Understanding of SEO and persuasive writing
• You’ve worked with brands before and can create, follow and maintain guidelines
• Perfect English written skills, both in grammar and in style
• Experience developing successful concepts and working in collaborative multi-functional teams
• Experience writing punchy headlines and taglines
• An eye for detail and ability to proof all copy that goes out Apply for this job
