Job Title: Marketing Director
Location: Exton, PA Onsite 5 days per week
Salary: Competitive + Bonus Eligible
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to plan, direct, and coordinate marketing and advertising initiatives for a Real Estate focused company. This role will contribute to brand awareness and profitability goals through traditional and digital marketing channels. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for cultivating a vibrant community through seasonal events.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy, plan, and execute marketing initiatives
- Manage the Marketing Team and oversee brand initiatives
- Develop and evaluate marketing strategies
- Coordinate SEO/PPC strategy, website maintenance, photography/videography
- Provide marketing reporting/analysis and manage social media strategy
- Plan events as well as corporate/political/tenant appreciation events
- Maintain stakeholder communication; ensure compliance with branding guidelines
- Collaborate with Commercial Leasing on press-related needs
- Manage corporate/commercial social media platforms
- Create targeted online content/advertising campaigns/email marketing
-Assist in creating proposals/presentations/supporting collateral
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience in a Real-Estate Marketing role (Real Estate or adjacent marketing experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient in Yardi/Rent Café, Power Point, Canva, SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing), Google Analytics adwords etc.
- Strong written/oral communication skills; leadership/organizational abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently; deadline-driven mindset
