Our client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Office Manager for this 5 days/week onsite opportunity. This is a 6-7 month contract. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision and sick time.As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support to various departments, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and maintain vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with building management and external service providers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and organizing company events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries
- Assist in the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and special projects.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Handle confidential information
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements.
- 2-3 years, previous office management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
