24Seven is partnering with a lifestyle brand here in Portland to find a talented Product Manager. This person will be working to drive Women’s product strategy as well as providing consumer insight. This role can be direct hire or Contract to hire dependent on how fast they can bring someone in. This role is a hybrid role in downtown Portland. Salary ranges from 90K to 110K. - Bachelor’s Degree in Product Merchandising or related area
- 5 years experience building product lines
- Understanding of the ocean lifestyle and its participants
- Analytical / Strategic thinking; results oriented
- Knowledge of trends and knowing how to use that knowledge to produce one of a kind product
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Passion, desire and integrity
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills and a passion for details
- High level of analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work process
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships cross-functionally
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be comfortable in a situation that is not always well defined or changes frequently
- Good communication skills, a professional attitude, and enthusiasm for one’s work are all prerequisites for this position.
- Required travel: 20% of time.
