Our client, is a known entertainment company looking for a Project/Marketing Coordinator to join their team!4x days onsite
Located in Burbank, CA
$25/hr
Contract - 5 months (full time hours)
Basic Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience in production, customer service, product management, or other relevant area
-Strong organizational and problem solving ability
-Good communication, writing and time management skills with attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets & email
It would be helpful for this temp to have experience in the promotional products but it is not a requirement. Must be deadline-oriented and comfortable with a high level of multitasking.
The Premiums & Promotions team oversees the production and distribution of all branded product for Disney Entertainment Television. The Coordinator temp will be responsible for staying on top of orders & shipping dates, coordinating with vendors, managing production integrity submissions, and a high level of data entry and spreadsheet management.
-Data entry / project management
-Sample ordering and tracking
-Monitor the workflow of various projects
-Work directly with vendors to coordinate art & proofing processes
-Oversee Product Integrity submissions and approval
