Position: Recruiter (Contract) 

Location: Atlanta, Georgia 

 

Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent to drive our organization forward. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

  2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.

  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and refine the candidate profile based on feedback.

  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  5. Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  6. Candidate Experience: Prioritize creating a positive and engaging candidate experience, maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

  7. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in Real Estate 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
