Job Title: Freelance Retail Operations PlannerLocation: Hybrid Columbus Ohio
40 Hours per week M-F
Contract: 3-4 months
This operational role supports global cross-functional teams from product design and development to delivery, to our distribution centers. This role is an individual contributor position responsible for supporting centralized operations and large-scale projects for the Lingerie & Apparel team. Works under general direction and independently handles complex issues and product responsibilities. Required maximum 1-2 days a week in office, balance will be work from home.
The contractor must use their strong problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues, which will include influencing cross functional teams and complex issue resolution with all levels of leadership.

• Manage collaboration with international teams for L&A
• Monthly L&A projections
• Snapshot Mgt./ Analysis
• Data integrity/ Process compliance
• Dashboard/ Scorecard
• Strategic sourcing process
• WH supply chain exploration analysis
• Excellent Cross Functional Communication skills
Project Work
• Execute and support on new and ongoing initiatives
• Analyze current processes, perform benchmarking, initiate and implement change as required
• Ensure integration and alignment with regional and cross functional teams
• Support implementation of system & business process including scoping, design, testing and training
• Support seasonal system enhancements, associated impact and cut-over activities
Reporting
• Prepare document sharing metrics and analysis
• Specific ad-hoc analysis reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of related experience; preferably in a retail production & sourcing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels
• Demonstrated experience in bringing flexibility and creative solutions to complex problems
• System experience in the following a plus: PLM, Salesforce
