Position overview:

The sales operations coordinator is responsible for the overall order process from the time the vehicle is ordered by the importer until the vehicle arrives at the importers market, including logistics monitoring, timely and accurate payment of vehicles, vehicle order questions and maintenance and training of order management systems and tools.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Lead the ordering process by following up on orders in the system and securing that these are entered correctly and timely in the system according to the due dates
• Liaise directly with the importers to support with questions related to orders of vehicles in the system
• Maintain, review and classify importer orders, including internal reporting
• Monitor the status of demo units, customer order, order intakes and order bank
• Active support for the volume planning manager in the areas of quota allocation, sales and stock reports, demand projection, forecasts and market planning rounds
• Work hand in hand with the regional sales managers by developing key reports they need to work with their responsible markets
• Track and update the relevant importer’s key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Develop new and improve existing sales reports as needed by the sales department
• Support the logistic chain in order to secure the adequate flow of payments and shipments of vehicles to the markets
• Support the management of the incentive programs incl. application and claims forms from the importers, reporting and documentation to headquarters in Germany
• Support the planning of sales conferences and presentations as needed
• Maintain the central sales database with all relevant statistics

Qualifications

Education:
• University degree, preferable in international business administration or related

Experience:
• 3+ years working experience in multinational companies, luxury segment preferred.
• Operations and international business culture experience (Latin America) highly preferred.

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English & Spanish languages required
• Good presentation and data management skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
• Creative and analytical thinking skills
• Highly organized – strong attention to detail
• Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
• Ability to set and meet strict deadlines
• Computer proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database software)
