The Copywriting Manager will work directly with the Creative Design team to help bring our creative vision and brand narrative to life, with partnership of marketing and social team. They will play an integral role in the execution of marketing communications and social content to support a range of initiatives for our mission-driven, storytelling-focused company. Their work dimensionless the brand’s voice across a number of consumer and internal touchpoints, and they are a professional in the craft of the written word and its ability to shape creative ideas.
Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to ideate and develop engaging copy for all online and offline marketing assets.
Brainstorm and strategize with our creative team, generating ideas that support brand and business goals.
Take on short and long form writing—brand manifestos, campaigns, headlines, product descriptions, product naming, web copy, and more.
Work with our Creative team on content creation, including scripts and interview guides.
Craft social copy and content, from shareable posts to effective tagging.
Create relevant and meaningful communications across marketing channels, including email, social, paid media & web
Contribute to larger product, campaign and/or brand initiatives, including helping to ideate messaging and taglines for launches
Support initiatives to establish and refine brand identity and voice
Write inspiring, original and engaging copy and product descriptions in accordance to brand guidelines.
Support team in development of compelling standardized storytelling and seasonal narratives for products
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Passion for story-telling and the ability to tailor writing to communicate our brand’s message.
Work independently but understand when direction is required.
Ability to build strong working partnerships
Ability to combine conceptual creative thinking with outstanding content delivery to ensure both brand creative and commercial integrity
