Job description

Our client is a digital advertising agency that is looking for a passionate, analytical and results-oriented Senior Manager for our Ad Operations team. You manage campaign
setup, QA and work with our Media buying team on tracking and optimization. You will also be responsible for collecting data and developing campaign evaluations for client presentations. Success hinges on the individual’s ability to be a proactive self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Oversee the setup & execution of the campaign across different digital media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, Display, Native, Video, etc.) and audience targets
Manage implementation of all ad operations requirements for campaigns - tracking, tagging, QA and
publisher/agency/client correspondence
Work with the Media buying team to monitor daily delivery and perform regular optimization of all
campaign elements (audience segments, creative, landing pages, etc.) based on agreed campaign KPIs
(CTR, Views, ROAS, etc.)
Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspend or errors in delivery
Work in partnership with our ad buying team and 3rd party partners to collect data and ensure all reports are accurate, timely, literate and insightful
Scope, build, and deliver customized advanced reports, enabling clients to learn more about their digital marketing impact.
Responsible for validation of media proposals, developed by our Digital Strategy teams, for pricing and availability across channels for various industry verticals
Collaborate with teams to guide A/B tests, incrementally tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
Collect and report campaign performance for monthly client invoicing and assist in re-forecasting the campaign KPI targets for the balance of the campaign (when applicable).
Other media buying and ad operations duties as needed

3-5 years of digital media analytics, ad operations traffic management and/or agency experience
Strong knowledge with third-party tracking/reporting systems
Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly-motivated team player
Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with internal teams via email and video conferencing; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and project management platforms
Analytical and technological mindset, evidenced by a strong understanding of programmatic digital media (display, native), social and media technologies
