Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team dedicated to the Vendor Management System (VMS) business. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent, and collaborating closely with our managed service program partners to ensure the successful submission of qualified candidates through VMS systems, with emphasis on our Microsoft account. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and operational excellence to drive the success of our talent acquisition initiatives within the managed service program framework. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with managed service program (MSP) partners, understanding their specific talent needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly. • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for submission within the managed service program framework. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and understand client requirements, ensuring alignment with the managed service program guidelines. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top-tier talent (i.e. LinkedIn & Indeed). • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet the demands of managed service program partners. • Participate in regular status meetings with managed service program partners to provide updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and strategize on ongoing talent needs. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, efficiency, and the overall success of the managed service program. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes for candidates placed through the managed service program. • Partner with your team across Talent Trends and Talent needs to match our open opportunities. • Maniacal about data integrity; scrubbing profiles, documentation, continuous updates, reporting, etc. • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate, identify and summarize relevant experience and skills, evaluate technical skills and abilities in relation to job requirements. • Independently negotiate contract rates with candidates. • Track daily activity of open requisitions and candidate communications using CRM, Excel spreadsheets and written summary communication and report out as needed on current metrics. • Work daily within CRM database to ensure accuracy of information, update talent profiles. Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in recruitment or a similar role, ideally within the VMS or recruitment space requiring fast turnaround and higher volumes of requisition needs. • Knowledgeable and comfortable with how corporate sales and marketing organizations work and how to talk to experienced professionals. • Ability and desire to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and consultants in marketing and sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize recruitment processes within the managed service program. • Competent in the MS Office Suite of programs (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word). • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in managing candidate profiles within such systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: • Prior experience or familiarity with Microsoft accounts and related VMS processes (preferred but not mandatory). • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field. • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
