Job description
We’re looking for someone who will help implement the front-end assets for Sitecore Framework that powers the flagship website, which drives :9 million visits annually. The ideal candidate should have strong experience and expertise in modern web development with CSS and JavaScript. This role is based in the Buckhead office in Atlanta and follows a hybrid model of working two days a week in the office and remote for the remainder of the week.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the technical development of front-end assets for the Sitecore Framework
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for performance
Be part of a team of Sitecore and front-end developers to implement a modern and efficient site
Implement and support build and release processes for a globally redundant architecture
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on development experience with semantic HTML, Sass/CSS, and JavaScript for the web
Knowledge of modern front-end practices including responsive typography, layouts with CSS grid, placement and alignment with Flexbox
Implementation experience with vanilla JavaScript and jQuery optimized for speed and reliability
Experience with Git and trunk-based development in a team setting
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Well-versed in cross-browser implementation and testing
Able to implement according to industry best practice standards for code hygiene and performance
Nice to have: experience with Sitecore and/or SXA, React, build pipelines, CSS animations
