We are working on a new full-time, opportunity with our leading computer technology client in the Portland Metro Area. We are looking for a VP of Engineering to join their team in a full-time, salaried position who can participate in 5 days onsite a week. Brief details are below.Must Have Qualifications:
- SAAS enterprise with a Security Focus, deep knowledge of security
- Previously built a SaaS tool like CrowdStrike or QuickBooks
- Provide leadership for our Engineering teams to ensure productivity and quality of research & development, QA, and product releases.
- Working with our sales & marketing teams as well as the product owners within engineering to ensure we continue to deliver engineering excellence.
- Mentor to grow company leadership strengths; develop performance goals and recommendations for improving the overall quality and productivity of teams.

BS in Engineering Software Development or relevant field required.
- 10+ or more years in engineering and engineering management positions, experienced in people management and development.
