Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our digital marketing and email channels campaigns. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you will work closely with cross functional teams and our various agencies to drive growth and retention through communicating directly with our audiences.

What you’ll do:

· Own all aspects of the growth digital marketing program, including CRM, paid media, triggered, transactional and lifecycle programs

· Manage and optimize full funnel tactics across digital marketing channels

· Diversify media mix based on performance to meet revenue goals

· Establish email and CRM strategy, with a strong focus on initial conversion, with a subsequent shift to retention, cross-selling, and engagement opportunities

· Closely analyze CRM metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly to drive growth

· Create and execute customer segmentation and contact strategies to drive business objectives around increased customer retention, order frequency, lifetime value, profitability, etc. using various communication channels such as email, SMS, paid social media, etc.

· Build and maintain an ecosystem of triggered customer journeys that are tailored around the individual

· Identify opportunities for customer growth and action upon these opportunities for future success

· Identify appropriate engagement and retention metrics and develop a reporting framework to measure the success of our efforts

· Lead and manage marketing agencies, budgets and revenue optimization

About You:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 5+ years of experience with digital marketing channels (paid search, SEO, SEM, affiliate, paid social, email, etc.)

· Proven performance marketing meeting with historical success meeting KPI’s

· Proven experience managing agency partners

· Strong understanding of CRM tools, tactics and analytics

· Creative and able to think on their feet. Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to roll up their sleeves

· Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
