ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CMO, the Project Manager - Marketing & Social Media will manage all day-to-day marketing and social media programs as well as email marketing content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing
• Manage day-to-day marketing project with internal team and external vendors to ensure timetable/milestone adherence. Includes leading all briefing meetings to kick-off program development, tracking key milestones, submitting and updating necessary briefs and cost feasibilities
• Concept, manage and write product and email copy for use across all consumer touchpoints inclusive of online, organic paid media and brand decks
• Manage consumer facing collateral asset and sampling programs
• Assist in execution of brand marketing programs, activations and initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis
• Drive creation of all internal presentations
• Directly manage the briefing process to external creative design agencies
• Manage relationships with third-party agencies, including assisting in the evaluation of vendor capabilities and references all the way through to regular communication to ensure deliverables are met
• Organize meetings including management of attendees, booking location/AV equipment, and catering
• Organize and communicate agenda of meetings/events, updating any changes to all participants

Social and Email Marketing
• Build in partnership with CMO a long-term social media strategy with an Instagram focus
• Lead influencer and social media programs to drive new consumer leads to the brand
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs in order to continuously learn from marketing efforts and improve future programs
• Develop email marketing calendar and content
• In partnership with Graphic Designer build email marketing campaign


REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketing Coordinator/Marketing with a beauty brand
• Excellent copy-written skills
• Excels in cross-functional planning and execution
• Knowledge of social media and industry best practices especially Instagram
• Excellent understanding of digital technologies and marketing with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
• Adobe Design Suite knowledge a plus
