Major Responsibilities:

Retention Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the email and SMS content calendar to promote stories, product launches, promotions and other key content for 5 brands

• Create, organize and collaborate with digital design team for all email and SMS campaign creative briefs
• Set-up, QA and deploy email and SMS campaigns, inclusive of marketing and lifecycle programs, to ensure creative content, links, and copy are correct
• Track, analyze and report on engagement trends for Email and SMS for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes, and Product trends while working alongside with the Senior Manager on building a robust A/B testing program
• Collaborate with the Creative team to manage and oversee all aspects of email development

• Partner with the Retention team to develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS experiences with a focus on personalization to drive new customer acquisition, customer retention and CVR
• Work with the Senior Manager to develop a rigorous testing strategy to continually optimize email and SMS marketing programs to drive increased repeat purchase behavior and successful onboarding and conversion of new prospects/customers
• Help grow the email and SMS channels profitably by working with the Senior Manager to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the Senior CRM Analyst to review audience behavior, trends and engagement

• Stay current on email and SMS best practices and industry standards; make recommendations continuously to improve our email templates, personalization and advanced features to deliver on KPIs.
• Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years’ experience in retail and/or ecommerce industry
• Familiarity with digital retention marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-collaboration skills
• Strong project management/time management skills
• Apparel and/or footwear industry experience highly preferred
• Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Ometria, Klaviyo, Attentive, Tableau, Excel, etc.
