Our client is a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking agency looking for a standout Account Director. As a collaborative member of high-profile accounts, you will be the key account team leader and senior client service relationship lead for all account activity ranging from campaign development, print, digital, social, and mobile, to CRM and in-office initiatives. Business-to-business backgound is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in web development, SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and social engagement
  • Proven experience handling client briefs from start to completion
  • Knowledge of production processes, the essentials of a good brief, and the client billing process
  • Excellent media relation and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about merging storytelling with data to uniquely blend strategy, creativity, media, and technology to create meaningful brand interactions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as ultimate point-of-contact on 3-4 accounts
  • Driving client strategy for web development projects
  • Manage senior client expectations
  • Take leading role in selling in agency recommendations and POVs
  • Establishes overall client relationship standards
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure the development of CRM and digital communications strategy
  • Lead briefs from start to completion, ensure quality at every stage, maintain strong relationships with clients, and evaluate client needs
  • Stays ahead of the curve on web development trends and participates in new business development
  • Establishes strong relationships across all agency disciplines and offerings
  • Works with management team to develop fair compensation agreements
  • Manages profitability of accounts and contributes to overall agency profitability
