Job Description


Our client, a private label apparel company, is seeking an Account Executive, Juniors to join their team! This role is specifically focused on growing the Jrs category for Majors, Off Price and Chain/Mass retailers.

General Summary: This position manages the business relationship between major accounts and the company. Prospective candidates should be comfortable growing a business and selling to Specialty chain stores, online retailers as well as off-price accounts.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and builds relationships with key decision-makers. Reviews trends with buyers weekly. Implements season profitability plans. Review weekly sales performance.
  • Meet internal sales and margin goals monthly.
  • Influence company inventory.
  • Coordinate merchandising.
  • Communications with all levels of customer service/ production.
  • Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face-to-face and in group settings
  • Ability to work in a multi-task, high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills essential
  • Strong follow-up and completion skills

 

Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Min of 5 years experience
  • Juniors sportswear experience required 
  • Must have current buyer relationships 
Compensation for this role is up to $150k for the right candidate. This a Full Time Onsite role.  Apply for this job
