Our client, video game publishing company is seeking an experienced accounts payable team member to oversee operations for all commercial purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable processes, cost tracking, and Contract Request Form (CRF) project management.
Start/End Dates: 4/15/2024 - 10/14/2025
Work Location: Santa Monica
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days a week in our Santa Monica
Rate: $30-40/per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes for commercial media and creative partners.
- Coordinate vendor setup, establish purchase orders, and oversee approvals.
- Monitor and manage the MarkView Inbox and queue.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and advise on accrual submissions.
- Track, reconcile, and report on invoices received, paid, and outstanding.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to review spending levels against purchase orders and budgets.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Manage CRF/IO processes for commercial paid media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Strong background in finance and accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage on-time accounts payable processes.
- Proficiency in managing complex business organizational models and matrices, including international or cross-franchise payments and accruals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
