Our client, a gaming company is looking for an Ad Ops Coordinator to join their team!
Full time, direct hire
Remote
Do not need to be experience in digital media
Project management focused
Operation management experience is a plus
Salary: $50-$60k
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing and monitoring digital ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager and proprietary trafficking systems.
Fulfilling digital ad placements and coordinating with sales and production teams to procure ad materials and supply reports.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with client services team to ensure creatives are available to traffic on time and to specifications
• Perform Quality Assurance and test campaign materials prior to launch
• Ensure all digital campaigns run as scheduled
• Optimize and manage active campaigns
• Troubleshoot delivery and creative issues
• Assist sales team and Ad Ops Manager with digital inventory management
• Assist with various special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively with advertisers and internal teams
• Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Resourceful troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Efficient and proven organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment; detail oriented.
• Strong desire to grow with company and learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript helpful
• Flexible, personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile
