  • Rate: $75/hour 


We are looking for an Advertising Specialist to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns. These campaigns consist of paid search, paid social, as well as display advertising.This position calls for a creative, data-driven, and extremely detail-oriented person. While you love exploring new ideas and concepts, you’re guided by a belief that data should always back strategic decisions.

Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative individual with an eye for detail. Our firm specializes in construction marketing (both commercial and residential – experience with B2B and B2C is preferred.
Role Responsibilities
  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Working with marketing and design teams to align campaign strategies
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Interfacing directly with clients in a professional and on-brand manner
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media advertising
  • Ability to come to the office for large scale project work and client meetings
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, Search Console)
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
  • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent portfolio of work
