Job description24 Seven is partnering with their top global sportwear client based in Beaverton, OR to help them find an Allocations Assistant to join their team in this hybrid opportunity! This is a fulltime, 12 month contract with potential to extend or convert to a fulltime salaried opportunity. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.
The ideal candidate will have experience with allocations, planning, or merchandising. This person will also need to have experience with data analysis and be very comfortable working in Excel and making recommendations based on the data.
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Is numbers-driven and has data analysis experience or the ability to look at sales & inventory numbers and information to help drive decision making.
- Has great written and cross-functional communication skills
Will help with Women's Performance allocation
Some experience with data analysis is a must
Excel knowledge is a must
Allocations experience preferred but ok to have similar/related experience
This role is part of a fun team that works on special projects involving new stores and bringing product strategy to life.
Assist in ensuring proper inventory is delivered to the right store at the right time to maximize sales and optimize inventory. Work will include reviewing sales and inventory to identify opportunities, collaborating with merchandising, assortment planning and other allocation partners to create and implement action plans, communicating out findings and results, and publishing necessary supporting reports.
