Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Android Audio Engineer to join the Mobile Design team. As an Android Audio Engineer, you will play an important role in developing and implementing innovative audio solutions for Android-based products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional audio experiences to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop audio frameworks and libraries for Android-based products.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate audio technologies into the Android platform.
- Implement and optimize audio processing algorithms, such as equalization, noise cancellation, and spatial audio.
- Conduct audio testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly audio interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in audio technologies.
- Work closely with product managers to gather requirements and define audio system specifications.
- Collaborate with external audio technology partners to integrate third-party audio solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android audio development, with a focus on audio frameworks, libraries, and audio processing algorithms.

3. Strong proficiency in Java and C/C++ programming languages.

4. Deep understanding of Android audio APIs, audio codecs, and audio routing.

5. Experience with audio DSP algorithms and tools.

6. Knowledge of audio signal processing techniques, including equalization, noise cancellation, and spatial audio.

7. Familiarity with audio hardware components and their integration with software systems.

8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

10. Passion for audio technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
