Performance Brand is seeking Art Director to join their teamYou will be managing creative initiatives from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials across multiple marketing channels such as but not limited to print, digital, catalog, social media and eCommerce.

Responsibility
- Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile and digital
- Oversees a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, production artists and creative freelancers
- Works with marketing teams to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
- Regularly collaborates with brand leaders to ensure the marketing and creative deliverables necessary for business activities adhere to strategy, brand standards, and current business goals while delivering high quality work on time and on budget
- Assists brand leaders in direction, review, proofing, and monthly assessments of all advertising and marketing initiatives
- Manages campaign direction, production, proofing, and evaluation of all content, copy, graphics, as assets for websites, e-commerce, social media and other marketing mediums
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent schooling preferred
- Ability to provide leadership through creative solutions; persistent, timely follow through; and a high level of detail and accuracy to all projects
