One of our full-service agency clients is looking for a bilingual (Spanish) Associate Creative Director or Sr. Copywriter to join their creative team for an all-new role working on key CPG and consumer goods client accounts.


This Associate Creative Director / Sr. Copywriter will be responsible for leading and executing creative concepts, strategies, and copywriting for various marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.


Ideal Associate Creative Director / Sr. Copywriter candidates will have:
- BA degree in Advertising or a related field
- 5-8+ years of proven experience as a Copywriter within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional grammar accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing various successful campaigns across different industries.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (spoken/written) in English & [Second Language].
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for various advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior copywriters, helping them grow their skills and capabilities.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates the brand messaging while addressing client expectations.
- Present copy concepts to clients or stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind each decision.
- Lead the creative concepting process, from initial development to final execution across different channels (print ads, digital media, social media).
- Provide strategic guidance in developing unique ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
