One of our full-service agency clients is looking for a bilingual (Spanish) Associate Creative Director or Sr. Art Director to join their creative team for an all-new role working on key CPG and consumer goods client accounts.


This Associate Creative Director / Sr. Art Director will play a crucial role in leading concepting and managing creative/art direction for projects.


Ideal Associate Creative Director / Sr. Art Director candidates will have:
- BA degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5-8+ years of proven experience as an Art Director or similar role within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Fully proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, other relevant design tools.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking abilities combined with a keen eye for detail in visual design elements such as typography, layout composition etc.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (spoken/written) in English & [Second Language].
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for various advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior art directors, helping them grow their skills and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to constantly push the boundaries of creativity.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind each decision.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
