Location: Hybrid in Hoboken (1-2 days onsite per week)

As a Site Merch Associate Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers by strategically merchandising products on our website. Your role will involve creating visually appealing product displays, managing product categories, and analyzing sales data to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Create visually engaging product displays by selecting and arranging product images, descriptions, and promotional banners on the website.
- Manage product categories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including pricing, availability, and product descriptions.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product merchandising.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimize site search functionality by implementing relevant keywords and filters to enhance the customer search experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site merchandising, such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in site merchandising, online retail, and e-commerce.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site merchandising, online retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using merchandising tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
