The Role
Our client is a in the is a food and bev content studio looking to hire a marketing Associate Media Planner. Their team works across social, video, mobile, audio, and commerce. An understanding of media planning will be essential in this role.
***This is NOT a social media manager position***
Duration: ASAP - ongoing contract (potential for full-time)
Location: Remote (must be able to work Eastern hours)
Rate: $20-30/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide a best in class experience, managing relationships with our clients across categories:
- Assist in program execution, ensuring the success of campaigns
- Coordinate across cross-functional our teams: Media Planning to develop plans, to develop custom content and Ad Ops to successfully launch campaigns
- Production schedule coordination ensuring key tasks are completed for timely launch
- Communicating with clients, following up on requests and providing recaps
- Assist in communicating client feedback and trafficking creative assets
- Independently manage turnkey campaigns acting as the Account lead
- Support social and onsite reporting needs, consolidating data within external and internal templates
- Manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales operations systems
- Assist in development of campaign recaps
- Worked in account management, at a publisher, media or creative agency managing a brand’s digital advertising strategy and creative development
- Success in cross-team collaboration and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Been in a client interfacing role and comfortable presenting to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
- Proven capacity to manage high volume of campaigns
- Reported and monitored program performance and delivery
- Google Product Suite, Powerpoint and Excel
