E-commerce manager / director I am looking for a collaborative, data-based, self-starter. Someone who loves DTC (and all its components), can communicate findings, tests, results, needs, and collaborate with our Brand and Creative Teams to build the business. You will own the overall strategy, day-to-day operations, UX and content strategy, and, most importantly, the future. Growth is the name of the game, and we will offer you the support to make it happen.


Some tasks on your to-do list could include:


1. LTV CAC Maximization Plan

2. Site Conversion Improvement Plan

3. On-Going Learning Plan: UX Testing and Site A/B Testing

4. Weekly Connects with SEO & Email Agencies – Ensuring they are delivering against the strategy 5. Site Product Management

6. Data Analysis (Shopify, Google Search Console)

7. Weekly Meeting with Brand Team to Partner eComm/Marketing Plans 8. Meeting with Brand & Creative Teams to give data backed feedback on content

8. Develop Annual eCommerce Growth Strategy


Things I am specifically looking for in the ideal candidate:


1. Communication: You are smarter than our leadership team! However, you MUST, be able to take people along on the journey. We need you to be able to effectively communicate with your less technical peers and management.

2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience

3. Minimum 3 years of B2C eCommerce experience

4. Comfortable with: Shopify, Google Analytics Questions


I will ask in an interview:


1. Provide feedback on my current rare sites, what would you do on Day 1.

2. Walk me through optimizations and changes you’ve made in a previous role for improvement.

3. Talk to me about Acquisition and Retention.

4. Define a business challenge that encountered and the strategy you used to over come it.
