Job Description:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand to shape the look, feel, voice, and overall brand experience for their growing company. This role goes beyond conceptualizing brand strategies; it requires hands-on execution to drive the brand's growth through various channels such as email campaigns, social media assets utilization, and other creative ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals
- Lead the design and implementation of all marketing materials including digital assets, print collateral, packaging designs etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand development
- Build out a high-performing marketing team that can take the company's branding efforts to the next level
- Act as a tastemaker within the organization by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Oversee weekly photoshoots and provide art direction support when needed
- Take ownership of end-to-end brand management processes from ideation to execution
- Balance creativity with business objectives by thinking strategically about how branding efforts can drive results
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in successfully developing and growing brands in retail or fashion industries
- Experience in building out marketing teams is preferred
- Strong understanding of visual design principles with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate creative concepts effectively
– Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is advantageous
– Passionate about driving business growth while maintaining a strong focus on creativity
– Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
