Job description

Do you have a passion for developing marketing strategies to reach the consumer target? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? Then we have the place for you! We are looking for our next associate to join our marketing team, leading tactical marketing efforts for the brand. Reporting into the head of marketing, you will maintain strong peer relationships with the brand designer, sales team and logistics department, along with the global team as we push towards high growth for the company. Will also have day to day contact and some management duties with our social media manager, PR agency, Amazon business partner, media agency, and international distributors.

Brand Manager responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Use category data and consumer research to identify premium water market trends and areas of opportunity 

  • Assist Head of Marketing with marketing plans to increase velocity & brand awareness

  • Ensure strong brand presence and growth in both retail and e-comm channels

  • Review packaging and positioning of products to ensure consistency

  • Work with agency partners and marketing team in developing data driven campaigns

  • Report the results of marketing programs, analyze if they yielded an effective ROI

  • Ensure consistency with the product line strategy, ie. innovation pipeline

  • Manage brand marketing programs, inclusive of timelines and budgets

  • Work with Customer Development Team on channel specific marketing programs

  • Develop a plan to execute the brand at store level, inclusive of ordering and managing our POS store

  • Work with social media manager on event execution (ie. Expo West, NACS, Sales Meeting, etc.)

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous work experience as an Associate Brand Manager or similar role; Food/Bev industries strongly preferred

  • Experience with product pricing, packaging, and positioning

  • Familiarity with distribution channels, channel marketing and in store execution

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data (Nielsen, SPINS, etc) and report findings

  • Excellent communication and presentation development skills needed

  • Creativity & initiative, ability to think outside the box and drive for results
