Our client is a very cool growing beauty/skincare brand is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their fast growing company! Must be based in SoCal!

Overview
This
is a highly entrepreneurial role in a dynamic and exciting team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking creative ideas and translating them into compelling brand campaigns.  You will be a key player on the team so strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical. 


Responsibilities
  • Develop robust marketing plans and campaigns designed to build the brand awareness. Work closely with the team to ensure there is brand consistency across creative executions on social, retail, in paid media and other digital channels
  • Develop a complete product launch strategy roadmap for the brand with an average of three product launches a year
  • Understand what the relevant consumer journeys, touchpoints and channels are that we should be acquiring our consumers through, and how that translates into full-funnel marketing plan
  • Utilize data, reporting, and analytics to ensure that marketing activities have a high chance of success with a clear connection to sales performance
  • Work with PR and Digital agencies on creative communication and brand outreach strategy, including creative development of digital campaigns and social presence across all platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
  • Develop social media strategies to include constantly changing metrics and responses to client engagements
  • Oversee Company social media and create website content including blog posts
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize all marketing opportunities and ensure successful execution and consistency (ie. retail activation, product pages, social media, digital campaigns, traditional and non-traditional media planning)
  • Monitor activities of competitors, industry trends and market performance on an ongoing basis; recommend and initiate strategy to maximize business opportunities
  • Drive consumer insight research to uncover white space opportunities and validate concept ideas.  This includes managing the Company’s Beauty Lab
  • Work with PR agency on creative communication and brand outreach strategy, including creative development of digital campaigns and social presence across all platforms to keep the brand fresh and relevant
  • Forge relationships with influencers that lead to seamless collaboration

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in a brand marketing role
  • Beauty experience a must
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Display and affiliate marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinker
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
