Job description

We are looking for a Campaign Manager that will lead campaign setup and execution within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platforms while providing necessary guidance to creative teams. This role is an integral part of our technology solutions and focuses on collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to design solutions for CRM-driven marketing programs. You must be technically driven, accustomed to working in close partnership with designers, PMs, and developers, and have an in-depth understanding of email marketing solutions and marketing automation platforms.
 
Responsibilities.
 

  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, automations and journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio)

  • Review campaign requirements and define solutions required to support primarily CRM programs, as well as Sales, Service, Commerce and Employee Experience.

  • Document and maintain a campaign matrix, capturing business rules and ensure all documentation is completed for campaign configuration including tagging and source code management, as required

  • Create and maintain campaign documentation, ensuring business rules, segmentation, and tagging are well documented and approved prior to deployment 

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team (data analysts, creatives, html developers and project managers) as needed to support high quality campaign builds

  • Identify areas of opportunity within campaign and CRM processes and work with the team and management to clarify and simplify complex processes


What we’d like to see.  

  • 1 - 3 years of experience managing and executing campaigns in an enterprise marketing automation platform

  • You must be able to run projects from end-to-end, and have a strong knowledge of the progress of all projects your team is working on at any given time.

  • You have a strong understanding of email and digital marketing best practices including deliverability, A/B testing, automation, dynamic content, and compliance standards

  • You know how to evaluate an HTML and make basic edits if needed

Salary: £200-£350 (dependent on experience)
Location: Mostly Remote - some travel may be required.
Contract: 6 Months.
