Job description
The Commercial Lines Producer will be responsible for driving new business sales, prospecting for clients, coordinating with marketing and service teams, and staying abreast of industry developments.You Will:
- Contact potential clients, arrange meetings, and conduct persuasive sales pitches.
- Create and implement effective prospecting initiatives, ensuring thorough follow-ups for optimal outcomes.
- Manage a curated list of clientele for targeted business growth.
- Accurately complete and review survey and application forms prior to marketing or submission.
- Participate in sales workshops, corporate sales gatherings, or educational sessions essential for enhancing sales strategies, remaining current with market advancements, and upholding mandatory licensing requirements.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- All licenses as required by the California State Department of Insurance
- College Degree and CPCU, CIC, and ARM Designations preferred
