Commercial Logistics Vault Associate

An ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely reliable and diligent. An excellent attention to detail is also required. This position requires one to be able to stand for long periods of time picking and maintaining physical inventory in an enclosed, quiet space in close proximity with co-workers. Candidates with some experience working with large, precise physical inventories will be well-suited for this role.

Role Overview:
This full-time position works directly the inventory in the Commercial Logistics Department. An ideal candidate is highly organized, extremely reliable and diligent. An excellent attention to detail is also required. This position
requires one to be able to stand for long periods of time picking and maintaining physical inventory in an enclosed, quiet space in close proximity with co-workers. Strong computer skills are also a requirement. Candidates with some experience working with large, precise physical inventories and good hand-eye coordination will be well-suited for this role.


Commercial Logistics Vault Associate Roles and Responsibilities:
• Following all SOP’s
• Maintaining Department organization
• Ensuring the security of company property
• Sorting all items received 
• Following established procedures for vault put-away processes
• Communicating with other areas of the Department to ensure al operations run
smoothly.
• Executing vault picking processes efficiently
• Performing necessary parcel management related to outbound processes for Spare
Parts
• Monitoring inbound Geneva shipments (ex. Carnet, VIP, Engraved watches)
• Conducting cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory checks
• Ensuring the correct booklets are identified and shipped to domestic and international retailers
• Identifying and guarantees we meet priority shipping expectations
• Maintaining the accuracy of all paperwork and picking list documentation
• Assisting in ancillary tasks such as compiling booklets for both brands and assembling
final packing boxes
• Adhering to 5S policies
• Receiving incoming shipments and properly documenting them
• Coordinating with the Finance team to post invoices for inbound shipments
• Managing tasks related to reverse logistics
• Working with Management to address inventory adjustments
• Performing inventory blocking procedures
• Assembling tool kits accurately
• Participating in D365 testing updates
• Facilitating the transfer of items between locations and warehouses
• Managing virtual locations for defective and retired items
• Communicating with Forecasting and Planning team to process stock 


Commercial Logistics Vault Associate Key Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs: Entry level experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and D365 to perform daily tasks effectively.
  • SOP’s: Knowledge and adherence to established SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient workflows
  • Basic knowledge of business applications such as MRWS and BI
  • External vendor portals such as Centiro and AES
  • Time management
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year related experience
