Title: External Communications Special Projects Coordinator
Duties: Join our client's External Communications Team as a special projects coordinator contractor. Intuit is a global technology platform behind all of our client's brands, that helps our customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges.
We are searching for a proven special projects coordinator for the external communications team who has a track record of leading end-to-end external comms project execution on behalf of a large, global brand. This role is responsible for key projects needed to support owned and earned media activations, including vendor and 3rd party endorsements, global project management and coordination, content trafficking, budget, metrics, template creation and team planning processes.
We're looking for a candidate with at least 5-7 years of dedicated external communications experience with excellent project management skills, and works well in a fast-paced environment that requires juggling multiple priorities, teams and channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and expertise in the external media landscape, corporate brand building, and possesses strong strategic thinking, and operational rigor in how they approach their work.
-Lead special projects to drive Intuit's reputation priorities which includes product familiarity and product association, social responsibility and technology innovation.
-Support external communications team with program and project coordination activities will include press room management, agency management, content coordination, editorial calendar trafficking and more.
-Develop processes and procedures, including templates and principle-based decision making strategies, to streamline workflow across Intuit's global communication team.
-Contribute to creative campaigns that are part of high-profile go-to-market initiatives & brand campaigns.
-Support team to ensure consistent, strategic measurement, analytics and reporting function with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and learnings
-Coordinate content and campaigns from start-to-finish working with agencies, vendors, internal/external stakeholders, and PR, internal communications, and digital communications teams
-5-7 years of experience in external communications and project/program management
-Process driven with an attention to detail and ruthless prioritization rigor
-Strong track record of contributing to large integrated programming across paid, earned and owned channels.
-Experience working with stakeholders, agencies, vendors and contractors
-Strategic, analytical mindset and an expert in end-to-end thinking
