Our team is focused on inspiring, developing, and connecting the hardworking store and team members worldwide through innovative editorial strategies, dynamic events, and exceptional experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 7-10+ years in developing communication plans within media agencies or similar environments
- Strong understanding of audience consumption patterns for content and media
- Ability to anticipate business challenges and develop effective communication strategies that align with audience needs
- Proficiency in navigating cross-functional organizations while managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent execution skills from strategy development to ensuring on-target delivery
- Exceptional writing abilities that motivate behavior change while meeting business goals
- Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships across teams and lead through ambiguity
- Agility in learning new insights during dynamic situations
- Experience collaborating with international peers for defining global communication strategies
