The Concur Program Manager/Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Travel department in utilizing knowledge of data software to help leaders within the department make decisions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate in-country special events and small meetings in conjunction with Country Manager and Global Director oversight
- Programming and supporting Concur travel and expense systems
- Profile management
- Troubleshooting technical user error
- Field user questions
- Setup new reports
- Work with Accounts payable to solve payment inquiries
- Establish clearly defined standard operating procedures for Concur administration and streamline processes and manage communication within the business for effective control
- Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and management of day to day operations for the SAP Expense/Travel program
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as central administrator of Concur Travel and Expense system
- Manage day to day operations ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services in compliance with company policies. Troubleshoot issues as required, escalating to concur support when appropriate
- Maintain and evolve the library of audit rules to manage automate enforce company travel and expense policy.
- Develop expertise in using concurs reporting tools
- Assist in trainings and preparation of training materials
- Support user questions
- Implement and manage audit rules, procedures for Concur travel and expense and administration for compliance with company policies
- Create, monitor, update, and close support cases
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
- Perform site administrative duties, Day to Day Site Maintenance:
- oAudit Rules creations and updates
- oSystem updates (i.e., Car rates, mileage, hotel rate caps, etc.)
- oEmail notification creations and updates
- oCompany notes updates
- oCase creation and follow-up
- Collaborate with business partners and utilize knowledge of data software to create internal reports for the department
- Turn data into information and insight that can be used to make business decisions.
- Create presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Communicate complicated data clearly and concisely
- Performs a variety of duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of Administration and/or Data Analysis experience
- BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of technical and functional knowledge of SAP Concur Financial / Expense system.
- Technical knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense. Concur certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur business rules and how to change them to achieve desired output.
