Job Summary:Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Consumer Insights Researcher to join their team. As a researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consumer insights function and driving better decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity for an organized and creative individual to work with various methodologies and data sources, providing valuable insights that will impact the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage brand & ad tracking surveys including campaign and product launches
- Track assets and provide survey updates to vendors
- Handle adhoc data requests
- Write and program quantitative surveys from scratch
- Analyze Excel data and produce reports with quick turnarounds
- Write discussion guides for qualitative research
- Oversee vendor management tasks such as onboarding, purchase orders, tracking research budget
- Write RFPs (Request for Proposals) and review proposals from agencies
- Synthesize youth and cultural trends into a weekly roundup
- Create story-driven reports that are easy to digest and actionable
- Conduct social listening queries, pull data, interpret findings
-Support other teams in tracking earned media moments
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of market research experience (agency or client side)
- Proficiency in writing quantitative surveys from scratch
- Experience with qual screeners and discussion guides preferred
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Curiosity about uncovering consumers' motivations and digging deep into data
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new methodologies and tools
- Resourceful, flexible, and creative problem solver
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a can-do approach
